Terms of use and privacy policy

At Nhombers SA (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), we take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.

For reasons of readability, only the masculine form is used in this document. It concerns all people, regardless of gender.

1. What do we mean by personal data?

The Company processes and stores the personal data of Customers and its Suppliers until the end of the contract. At the end of the contract, personal data may be archived and may be used for legal, accounting, dispute resolution or fraud prevention purposes.

4. Use of cookies

6. Data security

Data transmission takes place over a secure SSL connection, so that no unauthorized third party can access it. SSL-protected pages are those whose addresses do not start with the usual http://but with https://. Most browsers also show a small closed lock, for example in the status bar at the bottom of the screen.

Despite the organizational and technical measures taken by the agency and/or its Service Providers, Customers and Suppliers understand and accept that when they transmit information via the internet and/or other electronic communication media, such transmission always involves a risk that the information transmitted may be lost, damaged and/or manipulated; Customers and Suppliers transmit information and personal data at their own risk to the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company will immediately inform the Customers and Suppliers concerned of any security breach and/or compromise of their personal data of any kind.

7. Links to other sites

The sites contain links to third party sites. The latter are not affected by these provisions. We have no influence on the adoption and compliance with these by the operators of third party sites and therefore assume no responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the information they contain.

8. Transmission of data to third parties

Apart from Nhombers SA, we do not transmit any data to unauthorized third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or judgment.

9. Right of access and withdrawal

You have the right to object to the archiving of your personal data at any time, unless there is a contractual or legal provision to the contrary.

Upon simple request from you, we will inform you about the archived data concerning you. You also have the right to rectify, delete and block your personal data. Their deletion may be subject to legal requirements, in particular for data required for accounting.

The data will be deleted if none of the reasons mentioned require archiving it.
